TTI Covid-19 : Case #46 & #47

46th & 47th Positive Case in TTI

BE AWARE OF CORONA ANYTIME!!!

Herewith, we regretfully to announce that we have another 2 cases of 2 Male employee in MidPlaza & in Cibitung who were declared yesterday. So, these cases became 46th & 47th Case in our company.

The 46th Case (member of GPD) conducted last WFO on 21 Jan. 2021 and he got symptom on 23 Jan. 2021. Then he took PCR test on 25 Jan. 2021 and the PCR test result which released on 26 Jan. 2021 shown that he was confirmed Positive Covid-19. Currently he conducts self-isolation at home.

The 47th Case (member of Business Development) conducted last WFO on 15 Jan. 2021 and he got symptom on 23 Jan. 2021. Then he took PCR test on 26 Jan. 2021 and the PCR test result which released on 27 Jan. 2021 shown that he was confirmed Positive Covid-19. Currently he conducts self-isolation at home.

In response to this situation, TTI has been conducting the following precautionary measures in due course:

  1. We will report to Puskesmas - Kecamatan Tanah Abang and Danau Indah by WhatsApp

  2. We will report to Manpower by WhatsApp

  3. We will report to MidPlaza and Cibitung building management

  4. We have conducted close contact tracing and fortunately there is no close contact from both case

  5. We have conducted office disinfecting all areas concerned within MidPlaza office and Cibitung office on last Saturday, 23 Jan. 2021

  6. We have conducted additional disinfecting for the car which was used for commuting

Refer to the case #47, we would announce that company would conduct office closure  (MidPlaza office) for 3 days as on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (29, 30, 31 Jan. 2021) as instructed by Manpower for disinfecting and close contact tracing purpose (together as the previous case #44). The office will be resume open on Monday, 01 Feb. 2021.

As the preparation for working during the office closure, we would share below points:

  1. In case you need members to come to Cibitung office, please inform to GA (Rini/Sugiyarto) in advance at least by Thursday in order to prepare the space.

  2. Please prepare your important things and facilities (computer, document, etc) for working at home

  3. During closing office on Friday, GA will collect the document in the courier office and drop into Christiani's house. In case you need the document to be distributed to staffs, please contact GA (Christiani) and please arrange the car to pick up the document at Christiani's house

  4. Document which delivered to MidPlaza shall be but in the mail box. On the other hand, GA member will standby at MidPlaza (security station)

Finally, refer to current Covid-19 case in our company that mostly supposed comes from outside, we would like to remind everyone:

  1. Please strongly conduct Health Protocol in the private life as well as in the office. Please always pay attention whenever we meet our family members/relatives and keep the Health Protocol as well.

  2. Please share with your family members how to avoid infection with referring our protocol in order for them not to be infected and raise their awareness against Covid-19

  3. Please do monitor your health condition and be aware of any symptom you have (day and night). Please report to your DeO and HRGA to get advice for necessary action (WFH/check to doctor, etc)

Again, we have more cases day by day and please be aware that Covid-19 is getting closer to our life now. So, please surely keep doing Health Protocol both in workplace and also in the private life to prevent infection.
